Iwan Hughes
I’ve spent the last 13 years immersed in professional sport and coaching, representing Bristol Rugby, Ulster Rugby and Ireland 7s. Having spent over a decade in some of the world’s leading high-performance centres, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to train, recover, and perform at the highest level. All this experience has led me to fine-tune my knowledge as a biomechanics specialist. My goal is to show you that moving perfectly isn't just for elite athletes. I’m here to help you build a solid foundation, gain deep knowledge and make sustainable changes to your training that actually last. Whether we're fixing a movement, building strength, or adding muscle, we’re going to do it with precision - but in a way that’s relaxed, relatable, and fits your life.

Lucian Mason
Hi, I’m Lucian. I specialise in strength and conditioning, technical pad work, and BoxFit classes. I am also a qualified sports masseur, providing treatments to help with repair and recovery after workouts or events. My coaching style is built on six years of service in the British Army, where I worked alongside the PTI to lead circuits and runs. I have a massive passion for bodybuilding and am dedicated to constantly expanding my knowledge. My aim in life is to help others achieve their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle in any way I can.

Shelley Ford
After losing a considerable amount of weight myself, I wanted to help others and show with mindset and motivation we can achieve great things in mind and body! I first became a fitness instructor taking spin and functional training classes. I progressed to become a Personal Trainer. Also completed courses 1 and 2 previously with the England Amateur Boxing. I coach in Strength/Fitness/Padwork.
